Terms and Conditions of sale for online customer orders
Please read our conditions of sale carefully before you place your online order - we ask you to accept these terms and conditions of sale during the registration process.

The supplier of goods is The Paintmaker’s House. The company registration number is 571174
We hand-mix our decorative paint in small batches and each batch may vary in tone by 5%. We cannot guarantee that separate orders will be from the same batch and therefore be an exact tonal match.
Care should be taken to follow instructions enclosed in the kit for best results. The paint is for interior use only.
Registration
When you register with us as a customer you undertake that all the information that you provide is true and up to date. If any information changes, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately by contacting us at info@paintmakershouse.com

This website or any portion of it may not be reproduced duplicated or copied for any commercial purpose without express written consent by us.
Placing Orders
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as it cannot be modified after submission.
Payment of goods must be processed in full, including any applicable delivery charges, at the time of placing the order. Ownership for the goods shall not pass to the customer until the above transaction has been completed, including delivery charges.
Cancellation of an order
Cancellation can be made up until the order has been despatched. This can be done online at info@paintmakershouse.com
Returns
Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required on all exchanges/credit notes. A request for an exchange/credit note may be made within 30 days of original purchase.
To obtain an exchange or credit note, the goods must be in the same condition in which you received them.
The customer is responsible for any delivery costs incurred in the returns process.
The Paintmaker’s House does not accept returns on bespoke or custom orders.
